10th Birthday Celebration

 2nd - 3rd August 2025,  Croscombe Campsite, Somerset BA53RB

Join us for a collaborative celebration and social - as we recognise these years as a flourishing organisation, and as a wild web of friends, (or friends-to-be)…

It was 2015 when WWR first sprouted out of the ground; and since then we've blossomed into an incredible network of wolf-sisters; with an average of three retreats per year; thousands of social-media and email followers; spin-off and sister events around the world; serious friendships that have been born and grown through our events; so many success stories of individual women making-it-through hard moments with the holding of the circle; a strong community of sisterhood-support around the UK;  and an ever-expanding team of committed and beautiful wise beings.

In our time together as an evolving community, we've seen powerful grief ceremony, and letting-go-into-the-fire; a naked candlelit labyrinth; tor walks and sacred-spring bathing; we've had body-painting, Goddess portraits, dressing-up, ritual, stories, dancing, guests, and so much more.

WWR has private use of this campsite for a weekend; where we can come together for spacious chat, hugs, campfire, and cake, as well as some special offerings, and general hanging-out with other fabulous big-hearted beings…

There will be optional activities, like singing; a walk to the local well; crafts; games; ceremony; and red-tent chill out area; as well as space for emergent happenings;  but there will be nothing too fixed, introspective, or arduous. Room enough to follow your own preferences, needs and limits.

On Saturday afternoon/evening we'll have a shared-food celebration feast, and there's an open invitation for offerings of performance or skill-share. (Talk to us on the booking form about any ideas you have, or just show up and take a leap!)

We're keeping the idea very open and free-flowing. We'll of course know more when your thoughts have landed, and we can craft a programme accordingly; but the bulk of our time will be a generous emphasis on social R+R, joy, play, and beingness.

What does it mean to party like it's 2025?

  • You're very welcome at this event whether you've known us a long time, or never met us before. It's totally ok to invite other women friends and family. However, if you are choosing this event as your first introduction to WWR, then be prepared that there may be a lot of people who know each other, or have shared memorable experiences together; and there will be less structure and facilitation to catch the process of integration… anyone new new might need a little extra care, or courage!
  • This is an alcohol-free event
  • Croscombe has hot showers and flushable loos
  • Please note there are one or two residents who live onsite, and may be around, using the facilities.
  • Anyone staying Friday evening will be responsible for their own food and fires.
  • Saturday and Sunday we can co-organise an incredible picnic extravaganza - bring your favourite dish!
  • If you're staying onsite you'll need all your own shelter and sleeping needs - either way you might also like a picnic blanket, camping chair, campsite glamour outfit  & a musical instrument
  • We have a large, open-sided barn, in the event of rain
  • Of course, there's no need to stay at the campsite if that doesn't work for you - feel free to look around the local area and find your own B+B or hotel accommodation - there's likely to be women organising shared-places on Facebook and Whatsapp.

There's a special feeling about organising this event. Something light and exciting. A trust. We hope as many of you as possible can join us for all, or a part, of this happy occasion...
