Experienced, creative, authentic & passionate.

We are working women, working for women; running a sustainable, not for profit community enterprise.

We exist to magically empower women, to create supportive connections and to enable women to find the wild woman within her.

We operate on fair and ethical principles where energy given is appropriately rewarded.

Rozi Hilton is a natural-born wildling, in constant wonder and celebration at the mysteries of existence. Comfortable with her untamed self, she is a creative, performer and facilitator who loves to play, and pursues realness beyond any glamour.

Rozi is a freelance mentor, and practitioner of interactive workshops and transformational experiences, focused on enabling self-awareness and expression.

She works where the Arts meets personal-development, and draws from her background in storytelling, poetry, puppetry and theatre, as well as deep-nature cosmologies and intuitive/embodied forms of therapy.

Her work includes bespoke 1:1 sessions.

Azie is a soul-centred psychotherapist, ecotherapist, and one of the core team members behind Wild Women Retreats. Her path is rooted in the deep mysteries of healing, nature, and sacred relationship—and guided by her practice of shamanic witchcraft, which honours the cycles of the Earth, the spirit world, and the alchemy of transformation.

For over 14 years, Azie has held space for people in profound transition—those awakening to their truth, shedding old identities, and calling lost parts of themselves home. Her work weaves together soul psychotherapy, nature-based wisdom, inner child healing, ego integration, mindfulness, and energetic attunement. She also trains therapists, supervises counsellors, and facilitates group therapy, women’s circles, and nature connection groups. But at heart, Azie is simply a space-holder for soul.

Azie now lives off-grid in the Somerset countryside, where she wakes with the birds, walks barefoot in the fields, and tends to the wild edges of life. When she’s not holding sacred space, you might find her running a roller skating disco, slow-stitching by the fire, drumming under the moon, or singing with the land. She adores sacred crafting—stitching, knitting, crochet and weaving magic into the everyday.

You’ll always find her near the fire of transformation—walking beside those who are ready to reclaim themselves, fully, wildly, and unapologetically.

Emily heard the call of the wild woman for years before she finally stopped pretending she hadn't. Last year, she jumped in, and she hasn't looked back.

Emily runs her own consultancy business, where she works with organisations and the humans inside them, the messy, complicated, quietly-stuck situations that most people would rather not look at directly. She asks the questions others politely avoid, brings calm to chaos, and has somehow made a career out of being both kind and properly honest at the same time. She is currently training in Systemic Constellations.

Emily is here to keep the practical wheels turning so the magic can happen, and to finally stop ignoring what she's known for a while: that this is exactly where she belongs.

By day she runs her business The Well Woman Project in Loughton outside of London. By night she runs her own comedy night and enjoys performing stand up comedy and you may have seen her best mate Millicent Moon that sometimes comes along to gatherings by special request.

She is a west country girl born and brought up in Dorset. Gem is a magpie for sequins and sparkly things, big earrings and bright bold colourful clothes. Despite looking like a walking kaleidoscope she loves nature and grounding to the deep connection of spiritual practice. She loves to laugh and help others to tap into that inner part of themselves.

Celia's interest in food and cooking started over 50 years ago when she was 12 and helping her mother with her vegetarian catering business, quite a rare approach at the time. Over the years she has been involved in a wide variety of cooking ventures including Macrobiotic cooking, festivals, specialist diets - including raw, gluten and dairy free - private catering, weddings, funerals, event weekends, market stalls, and retreats, working with energy, colour and texture of foods.

She has trained in herbal medicine and loves working with local and organic produce, using the plants around her and herbs from the garden as much as possible.

Celia loves to sing and runs singing circles for mothers, babies and children, as well as for people at the end of life. A carer throughout her life, Celia is used to 'holding space' for individuals and groups and has facilitated circles for young people and sharing / informative circles about end of life.

A grandmother of 6 beautiful children, these days she can often be found at soft play or on the beach, or local woods and streams with the youngest, creating nature mandalas and getting wet and muddy. Or trying to tempt the older ones off screens.

Favourite pastimes are walking, dancing, bare feet, study and reading; her current passion is Classical Greek Mythology and how it weaves into all our lives.
